1. Terms Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you" or "user"), and Extensionow and its affiliated product - GPT Booster ("Extensionow", "GPT Booster", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and Chrome extensions.

By accessing or using our website and Chrome extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our product and service.

If a user violates any of the terms outlined below, we reserve the right to cancel accounts or bar access to accounts without notice.

2. Intellectual Property

The products and services provided by Extensionow are protected by intellectual property rights and belong solely to us. They are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or losses. Users shall use our products and services lawfully and shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

3. Service Forms

Extensionow operates on a one-time license model, which means specific types of licenses are provided to users for different products or services. Users can purchase the corresponding licenses based on their needs and usage scenarios.

Extensionow offers two ways to activate services:

1. After successful payment, Extensionow provides the license to the user. Users need to activate the service in the products by the license.
2. After successful payment, Extensionow binds the license with the user-provided email and auto activates it. Users need to verify the activation status in the products by the email.

4. Payment and Refund Terms

1) Payment

We currently operate on a one-time license model rather than a subscription model, meaning we will not automatically renew and charge you after service expires.

2) Refund

All products and services provided by Extensionow and its business units are inon-tangible and irrevocable. Therefore, after an order is completed, we do not provide refund options.

We strongly recommend that you understand the features and characteristics of our products before placing an order to avoid refund situations. If you have already purchased our services, we will consider that you have correctly read and fully accepted the terms and conditions of this refund terms.

In very few cases, we consider refund requests under the following conditions:

1. Within 48 hours of completing the order, the user encounters serious technical issues with the product or service that our technical team confirms cannot be resolved.
2. Complete and substantiated evidence needs to be provided to us.

The above conditions apply only to very few cases, and the final decision on whether to accept a refund request will be made by our team. We reserve the final interpretation rights.

Please note that some of our products and services are designed to enhance functionality on third-party platforms. When these platforms update their versions, our products may take some time to adapt to these updates. During this process, some functions of our products may be affected. In this case, we do not offer refunds but may extend the service duration as compensation.

5. Technical Support

Technical support and automatic updates for our products are provided within the validity period of the service for you. After the service expires, you will need to purchase a new license and activate the service to continue receiving technical support and updates.

6. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of their accounts. Extensionow shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the user's failure to protect their license. Users shall acknowledge and agree that they are fully responsible for their actions while using Extensionow's products and services. In the process of using products and services that enhance functionality on third-party platforms, users also need to comply with the terms and policy of those third-party platforms. If users incur losses due to violations of the terms and policy of third-party platforms, Extensionow shall not be held responsible.

7. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change the service prices at any time. Any changes will be reflected on the Extensionow website. If you purchase a service that later decreases in price, you will not be eligible for a refund of the price difference.

8. Data Sharing

We may share your personal data with third-party processors as necessary to provide our products and services to you. We will never sell your personal data to any third parties.
